Returns We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to fit or other eligible reasons:

• A ₹200 return handling fee per item will be charged (deducted from your refund) to cover logistics and processing costs.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact (new condition only).

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Once approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 days.

• Customers are required to self-ship the product by mail to our return address (return label is the customer's responsibility).

Damaged or Incorrect Product If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at Innxocustomercare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your Order Number

• Clear photos showing the issue After verification, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest.

Exchange Policy We are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Customers are required to self-ship the product by mail to our return address (reverse pickup is not available).

• Shipping costs for exchange are borne by the customer.

• Products must meet return conditions (unused, unwashed, tags intact).

• Only one exchange per order is allowed. To request an exchange, email Innxocustomercare@gmail.com with your Order Number and desired size.

Cancellation Policy

• Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled once placed.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement by emailing us at Innxocustomercare@gmail.com.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes If your requested size is unavailable during an exchange, a credit note will be issued, redeemable on innxo.com within 30 days.

Partial Order Exchange If your order includes multiple items, eligible items can be exchanged individually within the 7-day return window.

Fit Issues If the product does not fit, please request an exchange within 7 days. If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be provided.

Non-Acceptance of Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Dissatisfaction with fabric, texture, or color (a 10–12% color variation may occur due to lighting or screen resolution).

• Products that are washed, worn, or damaged after delivery.

• Sale or discounted items, which are considered final sale and non-returnable.
