Returns We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to fit or other eligible reasons:

A ₹200 return handling fee per item will be charged (deducted from your refund) to cover logistics and processing costs.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact (new condition only).

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Customers are required to self-ship the product by mail to our return address (return label is the customer's responsibility).
Damaged or Incorrect Product If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at Innxocustomercare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Exchange Policy We are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are required to self-ship the product by mail to our return address (reverse pickup is not available).

Shipping costs for exchange are borne by the customer.

Products must meet return conditions (unused, unwashed, tags intact).

Only one exchange per order is allowed. To request an exchange, email Innxocustomercare@gmail.com with your Order Number and desired size.
Cancellation Policy
Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes If your requested size is unavailable during an exchange, a credit note will be issued, redeemable on innxo.com within 30 days.
Partial Order Exchange If your order includes multiple items, eligible items can be exchanged individually within the 7-day return window.
Fit Issues If the product does not fit, please request an exchange within 7 days. If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be provided.
Non-Acceptance of Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Dissatisfaction with fabric, texture, or color (a 10–12% color variation may occur due to lighting or screen resolution).

Products that are washed, worn, or damaged after delivery.
